These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Meldi. By using Meldi, you agree to these Terms and to follow applicable laws.
1. Eligibility
Meldi is intended only for users who meet the minimum age required in their country, region, and app store settings. Do not create an account or use Meldi if you are not old enough to use the service where you live.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for activity that happens through your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Meldi to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or impersonate others.
- Post or send hateful, violent, illegal, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
- Send spam, scams, malware, phishing attempts, or misleading messages.
- Violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
- Attempt to bypass safety, security, moderation, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use Meldi for illegal activity or activity that could harm Meldi, users, or third parties.
4. User content
You are responsible for the messages, photos, voice messages, posts, comments, reports, profile information, and other content you create or share in Meldi. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Meldi the rights needed to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.
5. Moderation and enforcement
Meldi may review, remove, limit, or restrict content or accounts when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, service integrity, or enforcement of these Terms. Meldi may also preserve information where needed for investigations, safety, disputes, or legal reasons.
6. Safety tools
Meldi may provide blocking, reporting, visibility, moderation, and account deletion tools. Use these tools responsibly. False or abusive reports may lead to account action.
7. AI and language tools
Meldi may provide AI-assisted features, such as translation, correction, or conversation assistance. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
8. Subscriptions and paid features
If paid features are enabled, purchases may be processed by an app store or another payment provider. Subscription cancellation and refunds are generally handled through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Meldi collects, uses, shares, and protects information.
10. Account deletion
You may delete your account in the app through Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Delete Account page.
11. Changes to Meldi or these Terms
Meldi may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may update these Terms when needed. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or by a reasonable method.
12. Disclaimers
Meldi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that Meldi will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
